These terms and conditions may be updated periodically at Traliant's discretion.

The Traliant Community is a space for open discussion, support, and the exchange of ideas related to compliance training, workplace culture, and professional development. These guidelines explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

By accessing this website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Traliant may update these terms at any time, at its sole discretion. These rules apply to all visits to the Traliant Community, now and in the future.

General Guidelines

We’re here to help. If you’re new and unsure about anything, just ask. Our moderators and community members are glad to assist.

Stay on-topic. Keep discussions focused on compliance, workplace training, and related topics. Avoid personal disputes, unrelated commentary, or disparaging remarks. Anything you post is viewable by other community members.

Stay courteous. Foster a respectful, inclusive environment. Do not post unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content. Personal attacks, impersonation, or offensive usernames/avatars are not permitted.

Keep it spam-free. The Community supports Traliant customers and the broader compliance community. Advertising, spam, chain letters, or unauthorized solicitation are not allowed. AI-generated posts must be clearly labeled.

Keep it legal. Do not post materials that infringe intellectual property rights, disclose confidential or proprietary information, or contain harmful code. Content that violates any law is prohibited.

Be cautious. Advice shared here is the responsibility of the individual providing it. Decide for yourself whether to follow it. Never share sensitive information (e.g., passwords, credit card details, or HR records information you’d like to keep confidential).

Not a marketplace. The Community is not for selling or trading products or services.

Registration

To participate, you must register and agree to the terms outlined in the Traliant Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

You must be at least 13 years old to join. Multiple accounts are not permitted. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or removed.

To request account deletion, contact us at community@traliant.com.

Content Moderation

While Traliant does not pre-screen all posts, we reserve the right to edit, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms & Conditions or is otherwise inappropriate. Moderators may take any action necessary to maintain a safe, respectful space, including removing posts or restricting accounts.

To report violations, use the Report Inappropriate Content feature or email community@traliant.com.

Private Messages & Moderator Actions

Moderator actions and private exchanges with moderators or staff should not be shared publicly. If you have questions, contact moderators or administrators directly.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Community contains user-generated content. Traliant does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of user-contributed content. All content is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Traliant is not responsible for errors, omissions, or damages resulting from the use of or reliance on community content.

Limited License

You may copy and share materials posted by Traliant within this site only for personal, non-commercial use in support of compliance training. Any other reproduction, distribution, or modification of community content is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

By posting content to the Traliant Community, you grant Traliant a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Community.

Trademarks

The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Community are the property of Traliant or third parties. You may not use them without prior written consent.
